Measure the flat usable area in millimetres and leave room around folds, seams and container edges. A 25–38 mm sticker suits small seals, 50 mm is a flexible logo size, and 75–100 mm gives larger packaging or promotional artwork more presence. Print a paper circle or rectangle at home before ordering. QR codes, ingredients and small contact details need more physical space than a simple logo.

Separate decorative branding from legally important food information. Test adhesives on chilled, warm or condensation-prone packaging before a large run.
