These terms apply to orders placed with StickerLane. Please read them before submitting custom artwork or paying for an order.
Quotes, orders and pricing
Website quote requests are not binding orders. We confirm the specification, price, delivery or collection arrangements and payment method before accepting production. We may decline work that is not technically possible, unlawful or unsafe.
Customer artwork
You confirm that you own or have permission to reproduce the artwork, names, logos and other content supplied. You remain responsible for spelling, content and rights in submitted or approved artwork.
Production and delivery
Timings are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise. We are not responsible for delays outside reasonable control, but will communicate material delays and honour applicable legal rights.
Custom goods and problems
Custom-made goods may not qualify for change-of-mind cancellation after production begins. Faulty, misdescribed or incorrect goods remain covered by applicable UK consumer protections. See our Returns Policy.
