We may collect your name, email, telephone number, quote details, delivery information, messages, uploaded artwork and technical website information. If payment is later arranged through a payment provider, StickerLane does not need to store full card details.
Why we use it
We use information to fulfil contracts and orders, provide proofs and support, prevent fraud, meet legal and accounting duties, operate the website and send marketing only where permitted.
Website analytics
We measure anonymous page views and clicks using first-party website analytics and a temporary session identifier. This helps us understand which pages are useful. We do not attach this activity to your name, email or order. Google Analytics may also process technical usage information according to your consent choices.
Who receives it
Information may be shared only as needed with payment, hosting, storage, email, delivery, analytics and professional service providers, or when required by law. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and security
We retain information only for as long as needed for the stated purpose, legal obligations and dispute handling. Access is restricted and reasonable technical safeguards are used.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, object to or move your information, and to withdraw consent. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
